Description
Capture Prism (xSuite interface and OCR) is essential for smooth receipt of your invoices, order confirmations or sales orders. To prevent a failure of the solution, we offer our monitoring support. We check the status of the relevant components automatically in the background and manually at the agreed frequency. As a basic requirement for this, you only need to provide direct access to your Prism installation.
Included is:
- Checking of Services
- Checking of Interface and Capture Monitor
- Restart of stuck documents
- Short error analysis in case of problems
The service does not include detailed error analysis or troubleshooting if the problem cannot be solved by restarting. This is supported by other services provided by our Managed Services team.
You can select the frequency of monitoring - 1, 2 or 5 times per working week (Mon-Fri) - in the variants.
